The staff were so friendly and helpful the whole time we were there, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. What really surprised me was that they even remembered our room number when we were checking out, such a small thing, but it made the stay feel really personal :))
One of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. Just a short walk to the nearest underground station making it so accessible to all the tourist attractions. Honestly would not fault this hotel. Thank you all for making our family city trip so amazing

Rooms are a little small, if you are very tall that might be a problem … however.. for the location and the friendly staff it is worth it! A short few minutes walk from the under ground and with a great selection of food places nearby, I’d highly recommend and will definitely return again if travelling to London again.
Great stay will definitely return! A very nice hotel clean, cosy and in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Tiny room & bathroom… Also my bathroom had a minor issue with a leak, but aside from that, everything was great. Can’t wait to come back!
Location is perfect for tourists! Close to Earl Court Tube. The staff made this property well worth staying at. Nothing better than feeling welcome and acknowledged when you walk in. They offered suggestions on things, had a chat with us and really went out of their way to give great service. Breakfast selection is great, the ladies there are super, can get busy and wait for table seating. Some rooms are quite small but this is London and we adjusted to it, beds comfortable Great value and lovely hotel and excellent location

We loved the hotel, the area was also very nice, close to the Underground Earls Court station, so you can get anywhere without a problem. Also bus station is close and it C1 brings you to the "Alberto polis" with great museums. If you walk to Kensington Park the area is lovely and in sunny day the stroll to the park is just great. Breakfasts were fantastic, made from the scratch according to the menu. Highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, clean, comfortable beds, answers all my requests like high floor or more towels. small rooms, no wardrobe or storage space which was uncomfortable for the 5 nights stay we had. The floor gets wet while showering, Few extra towels solved the problem. . Great location, very nice staff and good breakfast. Will visit again.
We had a technical malfunction with hot water the evening we arrived, but first thing in the morning we approached Radina at the front desk. She took care of everything for us. She was extremely kind, helpful and professional. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was smooth and we left happy and satisfied.
